WOW… THIS IS DIFFERENT!
Dear Peace Church,
While many have been slowing down and self-distancing (as you should!), it has been a hectic few days for the staff at Peace Church. It isn’t until you have to shut everything that we do during the course of a normal week that you realize just HOW MANY ways Peace Church has become a central part of people’s lives. From Bible Study Fellowship to Kid’s Peace Time, Alcoholics Anonymous to the gymnastics teams that has been using our gym, this time of limiting contact has had an enormous impact on a large number of people. Please keep the many people affected by our closures and the many other closures going on in our community in your prayers.
For those of you who were able to join us via live-stream Sunday, thank you! We had 93 different devices logged in during the 10am worship service on Sunday, and since then another 48 devices have accessed the video from Sunday. If you haven’t seen it yet, just go to www.peace-eagan.org/worship/
We plan on sending updates out on a regular basis during this time. If you know someone who isn’t getting them and would like to, you can have them sign up at www.peace-eagan.org/updates/
SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THIS WEEK:
- All programming is cancelled for the week, however the Church Office will be open from 8:00am until 12:00pm on Monday thru Thursday. If you would like to come in to check your mailbox, need to drop off a tithe check ; ), or need to talk with one of the staff, please feel free to stop in. We only ask that you do so if you are healthy, have not come in contact with someone who isn’t, and maintain a 6ft distance from any staff or others you encounter at Peace.

- Our Executive Team is meeting tonight, and the Consistory will be meeting tomorrow night to make further decisions about how we will operate and support one another in the weeks to come.
