SEAFM began in 1985 as a ministry to the many Lao refugees in California and has now begun to minister to the people of Laos. Its mission is to share the love of God with the people of Laos, to pursue and establish relationships within Laos, and to cooperate with the Laotian government to help in the development of economic, education, and social objectives.
